Help with Helix vs Garmin

Featured Replies

Thanks in advance for all help. Ive done some research and read some threads, however, Im still left undecided and a bit ignorant.

Currently I have a terrova with 2 Helix 7's bow and console. Im not happy with the setup. Im toying with going 2 - UHD 93SV's with livescope and GMS10. Im conflicted because Ive been reading some info about the 360. Im doing a complete revamp one way or the other. Can anyone throw some knowledge my way and pros/cons of one vs the other? Most of my fishing is Bass with some seasonal crappie fishing.

There probably won't be much added here that you can't find anywhere else on the web. You just joined to ask this question and this information is all over the internet.

You didn't say if you have MDI, MSI, 2D, etc. I'm guessing this is just a random question.

like mentioned above there are plenty of video to help you out. get as much as you can afford. the bigger the screen the better when comes to any of these units. i've went with helix 12/mega 360 and hds live 12/active target. may not be quite up to livescope but close and i can link that unit to my mapping unit at the console.
