Does anyone have any feedback on whether this would make a good jig rod? I’m particular interested in hearing how this compares to other high end offerings like NRX, Megabass, etc.

I mostly use my 6’11” Adrena for jigs, but I’m a skipper.

 

That 7’2”H is a very sensitive rod. Overall sensitivity is very subjective when you get to this stage. 

 

I have a megabass X-bites sitting at my local USPS facility. The bad weather down here has delayed delivery 3 days. Once it gets here I will be able to compare several adrenas to it.

 

One thing I will maintain about all my Adrenas is that they are incredibly balanced. Much better balanced than NRX imo. I love to flip and pitch with the adrenas because the balance point is perfect and you barely feel the weight of the rod at all. 
 

That 7’2”H is no exception.

It’s my jig rod and it’s excellent. It’s also good for Texas rigs.
