I hope to be getting a new boat soon. I plan on having Lowrance 7 inch screens on the consul and bow but not so sure what to get. My question is this, what should I look for for the consul and what should I look for for the bow??? The boat is going to be an Ranger RT 178. Anyway, thanks for the input...

    I have a 2015 Ranger RT178 equipped with 7 inch Lowrance screens. The console can only flush mount a 7 inch screen. It might be different now though on a newer one model. Side scan is a more useful feature at the console and live/downscan is better at the bow.
