I think someone actually tried something similar.  Maybe I'm remembering an April Fool's joke.  It's pretty funny, anyway.

I left my GoPro filming when I peed to the side. My wife couldn’t stop laughing. 

I generally won't drink much before I go. I sip on a bottle or a steel bottle of water throughout the day. I usually don't have to go. But when I do, I just get out and duck behind cover, if anyone's there. If not I just pee and get right back in the boat.

How about trying off a canoe that is always a Funtime lol

A few years ago, I was floating down a river and decided to take a leak standing up. I hit a rock, and ended up in it in 50 degree water. Now I usually will just pee in the scupper hole, and let the water rinse it out.
