Looking for suggestions for hook size/weight for owner flashy swimmer on a Scottsboro tackle 5” swimbait. Will be fishing mostly around scattered grass in 5-12 fow. Thanks in advance!

The only two options you have that are going to fit that lure is the 5/0 1/4oz or the 6/0 3/8oz. I find the 1/4oz more versatile as you can add weight to your rig to fine-tune your speed and depth.

Probably the owner 5/0 is what you’re looking for.
