Good afternoon,

I have a Helix 7 Mega Side Imaging G3N and I’m having an issue with my imaging. The transducer is mounted on the right side of my motor. However I can see the left side of side imaging great but the right side is completely blacked out. I also have an issue with my down imaging being fuzzy. The depth finder is just below the hull of the boat and is level as well. Could it be a bad transducer? Could it be the head unit? I’d honestly like to find someone in south Georgia that has the same unit so I can see if it my transducer.

    If I had to guess I would say it’s the transducer or possibly the cable.  I assume you’ve checked the transducer for damage.
