2020 Tracker Classic XL livewell

Featured Replies

I recently purchased this boat from a dealership.  It has about 10 hours on it.  We put it on the water for the first time yesterday, tried to fill the livewell but nothing happened.  We were out on the lake when I tried it but didn't hear nothing.  Does the boat motor need to be running or just the key on?

Livewell pumps are electric - don't depend on the main motor.

Things to check

1) The switch

2) The wiring between switch and pump

3) The pump

We’re you moving? Over about 7 mph my livewell will not pump water in

Thanks everyone, priming the pump did the trick!  I didn't do it on the lake, but I was able to it with a garden hose at the house.
