Ok I’m finally down to two reels left to clean. I have a bps pro qualifier baitcast reel that I just finished cleaning, have all the parts were the belong but the handle is loose. Why would that be??? I might just take it back and  Exchange it. Anyway any input would be nice. 

 

Drag system under the handle has to have the washers in not only the right order, but also the right orientation.

 

What it sounds like is that one or more of the washers is 'upside down'.
