I have a 798. The HB website has 4 downloads listed for my unit. I downloaded them to my computer and was able to copy 3 of the 4 to an SD card.The HB website says I should receive instructions to complete the installation when I put the card in the unit. I put the card in and nothing happens.

They also talk about a port to download information from the computer directly to the unit but I cannot find a port.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or how to get the downloads into my finder?

    First off make sure you restore factory settings BEFORE you try to install the updates. After you do this put the card in the slot and turn it on. It should do the rest. If it doesn't try downloading it again. Mine worked first time and has worked flawlessly.

    I got it!

    I downloaded it a second time but directly to the SD card rather than to the computer and then the card.
