I need to know which washer goes on the spool shaft last before the spool is put on. They are spool washer, click gear, and sheet washer on the parts list. One of the washers is black, (plastic or metal, not sure) , and one is white (I suppose nylon). When I took the spool off the 2 washers and the gear came off with it. The gear is sandwiched between the  washers. If I knew what a sheet washer was, I guess I'd have it licked! Thanks, Lynn

Sorry Mike, Revo X spinning, I'm an infrequent poster. Lol

Thanks A-Jay, I have the diagram, is #12 (sheet washer) the black one or the white one? I think it's the white one as it appears to be just very slightly smaller than the black one. If I blow the diagram up a few hundred % the washer closest to the spool does appear a bit smaller.

I agree that it's pretty tough to tell from that pic.

But either way you've go a 50/50 shot at getting it right.

And I bet regardless of how which one end up on top,

you 'll be good.

If not, switch it.

You might not even to able to tell

Here's where I'm at: when I enlarge the diagram to 500% washer #14 (spool shaft washer) appears to be slightly larger in dia. than washer #12 (sheet washer} when I look at the reel under strong magnification I can see the difference. When my kid shows up tomorrow and he confirms this, we'll put it back together. (It's his reel) I'm building him a rod right now and have no desire to get smeared up with grease. Lol  Thanks for the replies, I will report back.

We note little if any thickness difference between the 2 washers. The diameter difference is apparent if not a great difference. We put it back together and feel confident we have it right. Thanks again guys. Have a good holiday season.
