Majorcraft Nanoace - initial thoughts...

Featured Replies

So I just bought myself a new popper/jerk bait rod...A 6'9" majorcraft nanoace. Now obviously I'm locked in ice for at least the next 6 weeks so I can't comment on performance. But my initial thoughts are:

1) the rod is light and perfectly balanced

2) the action seems to be perfect for what I want..the right flex in the right place

3) the fit and finish are perfect..nice styling and clean wrap and epoxy work

4) solid components on this thing...full guides and reel seat.

Overall I'm very impressed and have no reason to doubt it will perform like I want. This is a helluva stick for $100...I had a 20% coupon so I got it for $80 which is even better! I wanna shout out @WRB..he has touted these rods on here numerous times and personally recommended them to me. Thank you sir you did not lead me astray.

You gonna like the rod for sure. Major Craft is really shine on light weight and well balance even with long rod. The sensitivity is also very good and can complete with any other higher price rod. I don’t have Nanoace in casting but like my 7’ M spinning which fish as nice as my Tatula Original. I was gonna order 7’3 ML spinning for my crappie fishing but they are always out of stock, so I ordered Major Craft Crostage 7’8L spinning from Japan. Check tackle warehouse after you posted and now 7’3 is in stock ???.

This is gonna be my 6th MC rod and I call it super best bang for bucks.
