Old fishing lure

Featured Replies

Hey! was going through my great grandpas fishing stuff and saw this cool old lure, just wondering how old you guys think it is?

look pretty old,  ;D i also use some of my granddads lures, and most surpisingly caught some fish.

Looks like a weedless inline spinner that is missing the skirt.  I use similar inline spinners and inline buzzbaits, and they work very well.

yup that lure is a hawaiian wiggler by fred arbogast. it normlly has a rubber skirt around the hook, similar to that of a hula popper. its from the 1940's...i'd hang on to that thing  :D
