I’m looking into these thinner boxes as an alternative to the 3700s I currently own. Are they tall enough to hold larger jig heads such as 3/4 oz footballs and do they come with enough dividers to get the full 34 storage slots advertised? There’s not a store that carries these near me to check them out, so I’d need to get them online.

Do any of you out there use these for larger terminal tackle?

Yes and yes

 

I even use them for smaller terminal tackle. Spare dividers from other boxes (I've got 13 of the 3701s) are 'glued' at the half-points using a soldering iron. You can almost double the number of compartments that way.
