Sho' Is Purty...New Combo

Featured Replies

Daiwa Coastal SV TW and Phenix M1 Vortex, 7'2"H.

Spooled with 50lb spiderwire blue camo.

This will be an all around setup. The Coastal SV casts far and hardly backlashes. The Phenix rod is very light and sensitive. Now I have the Phenix M1 Vortex and a Shimano Zodias casting rods.

Very nice. However, if I had that set up, I’d be forced use lime green braid to make it a Seahawk rig, lol.
