livewell help

Featured Replies

I fished a tournament on saturday and when we started to the weigh-in I noticed all of my fish had died. I ran my aerator a good bit of the time. How do you operate your livewell. Help :'(

I don't fill mine until i put the first fish in the boat

Fill it out away from the launch

Keep it cool with ice

Use livewell additive

Keep the areators running

Keep the recirculating pumps running.

I've lost one fish the last five years. That was last Saturday and I'm running a check to see why. The fish was not gut hooked and showed no signs of bleeding or stress. He just died during the day. If I figure out what caused it I will pm you and let you know.
