Just getting into glidebaits (just bought a Baitsanity Explorer Glide (2nd Gen) and noticed a lot of guys use Decoy Egg Snaps. 

 

Two Questions:

1. What size would you use for the Explorer Glide? (Size 4 or 5?)

2. Do you remove the split ring that comes on the glidebait or just attach the egg snap directly to the split ring?
