I just got an email about this announcement from Humminbird.    It appears that they have a team of people in Eufaula dedicated to finding ways to get my money.

Im pretty sure this is what Ott was hinting to last night on Kayak Bass Nation live podcast. 

I can't do it... I just CANT!!! After 5 months, my LiveScanner unit finally shows up just last week, and I had literally just considered my boat complete minus the two Solix's that I've been waiting on since December... I just can't wait until 2023 for them to deliver something else (I know that the LiveScanner was a different company). Until Johnson outdoors can figure out their massive manufacturing and distrubution issues, I "just can't", and will learn to love my new LiveScanner, even thought it doesn't do half the stuff that this new product claims to do

It looks really good.   Being able to use your trolling motor for trolling all the time and not have to use it for aiming the Live transducer would be very nice.  The target lock feature is very cool.

Oh man. I agree. I'm just trying to talk myself out of it ?
