Cork reel handles

Featured Replies

I just got a couple of Hawgtech reel handles. They have the Winn grip handles.  I really like them, but I kind of wish I would have gotten the cork handles. Anyone have experience with those?

Yes I still have them on a few reels. You can buy the cork knobs from Hawgtech. They last longer than the Winn grips. Some people think they feel too course for gripping like on a cranking reel but I never felt that way.

Just get the cork knob from HT and put some U-40 on them and if they do feel to coarse to you just sand them down to your liking. That said I do agree with Dwight they have never been issue in my hands.

Dwight,

Have you ever had any luck finding a promo code for Hawgtech. I want to get some more stuff, but it is a little pricey.
