Caught this bass in a pond really close to the ocean and it is really weird. It had a strange pattern and really bumpy scales. The teeth were also abnormally sharp, I’m guessing from eating mostly bait fish. I have caught others like this one too. If anyone knows what is causing this bass to be like this or have caught one similar I would be happy to know.

That's a strange one, doesn't look real healthy so I'd venture a guess that it's some kind of illness. 

I would guess this is a condition caused by exposure to salt water.  When I lived in Miami, we caught bass in a flood control canal a block from the ocean.  Bass will tolerate those conditions for short times if there is a food source.  It's definitely a skin condition of some kind.

Interesting. Look at the spots on the fins and even the jaw.

 

Maybe you should send the pic to your DNR and tell them where you caught it.

 

I just skimmed through an article that said bass tolerate brackish water better than most freshwater fish.
