that's fraud, and they deserve jail. 

maybe i'm the only one who thinks this way, but the next step after cheating in a fishing tournament is punching someone's gramma or eating a baby.

they should be denied a fishing licence for life

Yeah this has been going around.

 

It's pathetic...and yet another reason I don't do tournaments.  Cheaters rarely get caught, and these two guys have been doing it for years.
