I like to rig them weightless on 3/0 Ewg, horizontally. Basically fish it like a senko.

Maybe they purposefully ship items late to you for all the grief you give them on BR forums.

Lots of posts crapping on TW here lately. I have not had problem with them. Placed an order recently received it within 5 days. May be a surprise to some but high demand may cause delays no matter how big you are. No one forces anyone to order anywhere. I’d argue that we should be grateful that there is a place, where we can order almost any, mass produced bait, for bass fishing, get free shipping and in most cases receive it within a week. Good luck finding such a large brand, bait and color selection, elsewhere. Not to mention military and vet discount.

In clear water I can clearly see the steel leader pulling the bait down so not suspending anymore, but I’m not sure if it affects the side to side action as much as even I would like to credit it.

I use steel leaders to protect from pike so yes. Bass don’t seem to mind it either. Split ring vs snap? Can’t think there is too much difference in action anyway. Now a non slip loop knot would be probably a different story.

River fishing can be absolutely amazing in the first few hours of the rain before the river rises to high and flows too fast. Some of my best fishing days were when I got caught by the rain on the river, especially in late summer and early fall.

From all the testimonials I was under the impression that it softens the line. I checked out all their stuff and I legit do not get how it softens the polymer without plasticizing or damaging it. So I asked how and you went of offensive. Sealing and coating alone would not soften the line.

Explain please. I’m not sure I understand how one long chain polymer make another long chain polymer slicker.

Line conditioners work by breaking down the “stiff” polymer structure of the line, making it more limp, but also weaker in the process. How much weaker? I have no idea.
