I was interested in buying the Arashi 18 swimmer and 19 glide bait. When should i use the swimmer and when should I use the glide bait? My lake is very clear and has trout stocking so im not sure if I should pick up green gill, rainbow trout,  or ghost rainbow trout (more translucent and clear). Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. 

Great question, also curious . . . 

Not specific to Arashi baits, but I find swimmers most effective for actively feeding fish whereas glides can draw out both active and neutral fish to either bite or show themselves.
