Daiwa service is great

Featured Replies

Second time this happened to me. First time I needed two reel screws, and this time I needed some yoke springs; both times they were sent out free of charge. Talked to a human who was knowledgable, fast, and pleasant.

I remember when Lew's used to give great service like that. It really helps to create loyal customers. I am now venturing away from Lew's because the way they do support nowadays. Maybe I'll give a Daiwa reel a shot.

I don't think you will be disappointed. I have recent Tatula baitcasting and spinners (LT), and they are great reels.

Awhile ago received many Lews rods and reels i purchased and had a few questions about them, went to call Lews customer service and was told by a robot they werent taking calls for awhile and to use their email.

Had a question about a Daiwa reel that i was interested in buying, called the number and got a quick answer. The person was very helpful and answered my questions, bought the Zillion after that.

So win for Daiwa on being able to talk to an actual person.
