Hawgin Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 Out of those choices I think the Citica is the best of the group. It gives a good quality reel with a decent rod. If you ever decided to upgrade the rod you would already have a good reel. Quote
HomersTomaco Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 citica combo wothout a doubt. also, its more like, if you ever decide to upgrade the reel you already have a good rod. My curados love the extreme. Quote
castaway Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 I really like the Quantum HSX54 rods.I own 6 of them now, but I found mine at Gander Mountain for $49.99 each. :-/ I would have to say the Citica /Extreme is the best of the the choices. My extreme flipping stick takes alot of abuse, used as my froggin rod. Craw Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 I'd get the Citica combo. Very good setup. Quote
BucketmouthAngler13 Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 Browning makes great reels. I have the Six Rivers LP (same level only for steelhead) and it is amazing. I reccomend them. Quote
Bassassasin12 Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 citica by FAR. The other three are miniscule compared to that combo. Quote
