Well, after catching her first hybrid, Paula was all fired up to hit the river again and whack a few more. She did just that! She tied on our own jig, stuck an Uncle Josh pork trailer on and went to work. Believe it or not, but after two strait nights of catching these, she looks over at me and says, "You know what babe? I think I like catching smallies better. I like the way they jump during the fight." What a gal...I'm not worthy!

Hey folks. I figured you all are probably getting a little sick and tired of seeing my ugly mug all the time, so I took my better half out on the river with me for her first night trip of the season. She worked the bass and redeye over pretty good and topped off the night with her very first hybrid. She got all her fish on our own hand tied jigs. I say "ours" because she can tie them better than me! Here's a few pics... Paula's first bass of the night. This was her best smallie of the trip. Last but not least, her very first hybrid.

Hey Man, welcome aboard. That bass is a real beauty. I like the fact that you caught that one at night. Do you frequently fish at night? To me, there is just something magical about fishing after dark. You should tell us a little about yourself, which baits and tactics you prefer to use and what type of water you fish.
