Featured Replies

Me and fellow member WhiteMike got together friday for a LONG day of fishing total of 15hrs on the water. fished from sun up till sun down lol. we went to the biggest lake here in NJ to try out luck on bigger water. got out and picked a cove and found the fish to be holding in cabbage.  i hooked up with about 4 bass 2 pickeral and a couple tiny rock bass and a perch. mike had a tuff day. his reeel lost all its line on the way up and kept loosn em or missin the hookset one of those bad days i guess. anyway fished till 2pm when the pleasure boaters drove us nuts with waves so we split and hit my little Lake X honey hole. found. found he fish mostly deep in weeds. i lost 3 really nice fish probably 3 or 4lbs+ cause my rod just didnt have enough in it for fishing heavy cover. mike missed one or two but finally hooked up and sgtarted pullin in pickerl one after another lol i think he got about 4 and missed a few. i cought a couple bass includeing a nice 4lber thanks for the net mike  ;D anyway is was a cool day had fun and we probably learned a few things. Dont worry mike youll have a better next time out the bad days only make you better.  heres the pics
