Never seen the rivers and streams this low. Thought maybe the july rains would help but alas, not so much. Rock River and Green River. Normally i relish august-september low flow but the Rock has been tough. All the normal rock cover i catch them around is out of water. The green is still hitting though. 

I fish the Kishwaukee. It’s been very low all this fishing season.
