Shakey Head

whats the best shakey head worms

are there any worms that can double to be drop shot and shakey head

ur opinions are greatly appreciated

I mainly use the Zoom trick worms on my shaky head.  I've used the Zoom worm on the dropshot, but the majority of my drop shot fish have been caught using Roboworms in the 4" and 6" models.  I've used the Roboworms on a shaky head before with some success, but I would rather use the trick worms.

Hope this helps  ;)

Trick worms are great but have had good results with worms from 4in to 10in.

I use trick worms and the roboworm fat straight tail worms for my shakey head setup. I also just started to use the reaction innovations flirt and I am impressed with its results so far.

The roboworm in 4" and black grape color is killer in both setups here in west tn. i'll use the trickworms on occasion (when i'm out of roboworms or need green pumpkin or watermelon). Also, zoom tiny flukes are good to use on both setups

I use a Sizmic Shaker Head or a V&M Pork Pin more than anything, but a Zoom Trickworm and finesse worm is always handy.

I use a Zoom finesse worm more than anything else for shakey head rigging and dropshotting.  I also like NetBaits finesse worms if you can find them.  The V&M is cool because it floats so when you rig it shakey head the tail floats up off the bottom but they tear up too quickly  I have been experimenting with the Hard Nose worms and I'm not crazy about them but my son loves them.

what is the V and M?????????

yum houdini worm for shakey head..my buddy uses them for dropshot and shakey head i never used them for dropshot. hes had succes on the dropshot though.

Gulp Shakey worm on a 3/16 giggy head produced my biggest small mouth of the year.

I like Sinko Baits Shakey Wermz (different spelling not senko) they seem to stand up better than any worm I have fished yet....and don't forget the "Harsh Hedz Shaky Jigs"  :;) ::) shameless plug I know

You can find the Sinko's @ www.sinkobaits.com

Harshman,

I use the Smallie Beaver or the smaller version of the Berkely Beast on a shakey head and have had better luck than a straight tail worm....

I use Zoom Trick worms and Berkley Power worms for the most part. But, Brent is right, almost any plastic will work on a jighead.

I've also used BPS's Slim Sticko on the jighead. I got a bunch of those when I bought a kit, on sale cheap, from BPS. The kit had Sticko's, some Sticko's with legs like a lizard, ( lizardo's maybe ) and some Slim Sticko's. The slim's are really good on the jighead. I'll use the Power worm first. The *** and Zoom trick are my second choice.

Got a note from Brent, ( *** ) that he now has the slim's in stock. Check "em out.

Cheers,

GK

I use the Zoom Finesse worm in green pumkin.
