spinnerbait rod

Featured Replies

Hello

I want to buy a spinnerbait baitcasting rod and i need some advice .

i'm looking for a short rod ( max  6'4  ) for  accuracy , able to cast some 3/8 and 1/2  oz spinnerbaits.

I can't find large choice in my country (i'm french ) so i 'll make an order on bass pro shop.

What do you think of the loomis SBR752C or if you have any other suggestions for a price under 200$ ?

Thanks and sorry for my poor english  :-[

Welcome aboard!

The SBR752C would work well.

The 6'2" SBR you mention would be ideal.  I owned one for a while, but I generally went with my longer rods and couldn't justify owning it any longer.  The Loomis spinnerbait rods are a great value, and Fat Fish has all the SBR's in stock right now for around $150.

I've also seen a st croix tournament (sniper)  close to the SBR752C .

i did some search  on the archive but i didn't find anything.

Does someone own that st croix?

Welcome. A good spinnerbait rod that I really like and  that maybe you can order in your situation is a Team All Star TAS766C 6'4" MH ,  Line wt. 10-20   Lure wt. 1/4-3/4. BPS has them. $99.95
