Pop R P71?

Featured Replies

Anyone tried these?  At 9/16ths & 3&1/2" they're noticeably bigger than the original. Was wondering if the size difference changes the action.

I bought one, and tried it once.  It casts well, walks easily, can be fished in place with a loud pop, or skittered back quickly.  I didn't catch any fish on it, but I didn't catch any fish on top that day with any of my other baits.  I am hoping to  give it a big work out next week.

I have several. It took me awhile to get used to the larger size but I have caught quite a few fish.

I still prefer the Rebel P60, the P71 will get bigger bites.

Isn't that one designed for salt water? Juvenile tarpon will definitely smash a popper.
