A couple of minutes after six this morning

i was slowly workinga little Rico popper straight out from the dock. In between pops while the popper was just floating there this 4 pounder came straight up and completely out of the water (airborne) hitting my popper. In the following 5 minutes she jumped 6 to 7 times ( with the low water i couldn’t keep my rod down to stop the jumping). After she started to tire i had to lay down on the dock and lip her up. Not easy with the low water. I won’t do that again without a net.
