Do you prefer Boomerang’s original Snip or the Long Snip?

I went from the Boomerang snip to the Cuda Micro Scissors...much prefer them

I haven't tried the Long, but I probably will next time I get a Boomerang.  I always try to cut fluoro and mono out towards the end, and braid down inside...I just felt that the fluoro dulls blades faster... as if two separate cutters.  That would be an easier distinction/manipulation with longer blades

Got those, they are good as well but sort of cumbersome on a kayak.

Long, I do the same and try and cut fluoro and mono near the tip, braid further back.

It's attached to my life vest as I'm 100% kayak fisherman.

I also have the Cuda scissors that I use either on my bench or at the campsite.

Do you find long is otherwise beneficial in any way, ie easier to get precision cuts or get in there closely?

For me it's that I can actually see the blades when cutting, So yes for these old eyes I can get a good precision cut, sorta ocd on trimming my knots,
