Hey everyone, 

I am just looking for some purchase advice on my next new reel, I am currently looking at the Antares DC MD 23 to replace my curado dc150 and 200 since they both broke but the only thing that is stopping me on pulling the trigger on it is that everywhere I read is saying it is meant for large lures and was wondering if anyone has had experience throwing light lures or weightless plastics around with the Antares DC MD and if it works well. I want the ability to throw a big spectrum of weights on my next reel.

I have the 18 md DC.   It is really fussy on lures less than 1/2 ounce
