Texas rig robo worm 3/16-1/4 oz with a 6 inch robo worm what rod would you use for this? Fishing around brush/rock/and a little grass? Medium or med light?

Medium with 8 lb fluoro or mono.

If you're fishing an exposed hook point, ML. 

If you're fishing with the hook point buried, M. 

For largemouth only, I prefer a rod with a little more body, something like a G. Loomis GCX 822 DSR.

Anything over 3/16 a M XF works a little better than a ML IMO.

What's your budget?

Medium light for me. I prefer the Megabass landsat or Loomis 822dsr.

This is a nice setup and the rod has a 15 year warranty that is legit.

Even better - if you upgrade and sell the rod, the balance of the warranty transfers to the new owner.

all rods arent ratedor created equal. my two favorite drop shot rods are , shimano expride 72 medium light, megabass adermine which they rate as a medium lite plus. both have a fairly soft tip but stiffen up quick and i use both for exposed hook and also texas rigged with a roboworm rebarb hook.
