I more or less stopped paying attention to new tackle over the last few years, just saw these for the first time.

 

Curious how people fish these. Looking at the design I’m assuming it’s a dead stick bait where the wings help slow the fall? What do they do that a regular fluke doesn’t?

I’ve got to say I’ve never heard of hover strolling. Guess I need to check that out.
