Can anybody who owns one give me a little feedback on this rod. i just bought one online to pair it up with my daiwa sol.

I've got 2 casting models, 6-6 m xfast and 6-10 mh xfast. I have caught lots of fish with these.  Glad that I bought them.

I think you will enjoy your new rig.

I think they are the best rod under $100.

I have a 7ft. H Compre that is a few years old and I like it alot. It is very sensative.

I think you made a wise choice.  I've heard nothing but good stuff about the Compre.  I plan on picking one up for dropshotting this Spring.  Thought I read that Jimmy Houston uses Shimano rods.

I have heard nothing but good things as well (warranty also, if needed).

I have about a month before i will be updating my tackle with a new baitcast and spinning reel, and spinning rod. The compre is still high on my list of possibilities.

We'll see.
