he sucks at winter fishing.  mainly because he is 99% California Delta fishing.  same marina, same water.

I move around with my kayak and do "okay".

so, this Feb we are headed to Mexico.  due to the last minute spur of the moment decision we are going to Lake Picachos.  Salto and the big B were booked.  the lady did say the Picacho bass were younger and dumber.  hahha..

I have a work meeting the made my annual Oklahoma fishing trip  a non starter, so this was just the ticket.

Nice. Have fun. I'm never leaving the country again.😁

I've been there a few times and I'm going back in January.  You're going to have a great time and catch more 2-4 lb bass than you can imagine--and they're going to hit and fight like 3-6 lb fish.  If you have any questions about gear, etc., shoot me a message and I'll be happy to share.

If you can, request Daniel Osuna to be your guide. He is awsome. That lake is fun to fish.
