Somehow I lost the thread I had posted on Tectin line listed in the Cabelas cat. Has anyone had any experience with the #6 and #8 test on spinning equipment?

I think you put in "Line size for smallmouth," or there is another similar post there.

I found the thread on Tectin line RW. Evidently it was not a popular thread or very few have tried this line. I purchased some of your #6 Yozuri Soft and will try Tectin as well. I am just attempting to try a few other lines like I do every year. I was hoping to get a feel for the quality of the Tectin to see if it was worth purchasing and giving it a shot.

It probably sounds like the only thing I ever fish is Hybrid Ultra Soft, but that's not true. I have fished "most" lines and experimented with Triple Fish, Gamma Fluorocarbon, Maxima and Sunline Defier last year. I'm still looking for "the perfect" line. BTW, if price is not important to you, I REALLY like the Sunline, but it's $40.
