best place to buy a megabass rod?

Featured Replies

Make sure you check the warrenty before you buy, most of the the warrenties for Japanese rods are really bad, if you're going to put out $400-500 for a rod make sure you have some protection, just in case you or your fishing buddy breaks your rod, I was thinking about getting a rod from Japan, the only problem is you can't feel it, if you don't like the way it feels when you get it your basically stuck with it, or have to sell it.

Ginrinpeche has some good deals on E-bay

Until very recently  ( 3-4 years ) when GLoomis, Kistlers and Shimano dealers established themselves in Mexico none of my rods or reels were covered by any type of warranty, the moment they crossed the border I was on my own. Who would spend 500 bucks in a rod with no warranty ? I would.
