the Rizzoto finish!! where did name come from?

who named it??  it finally dawned on me I used that finish quite often in my past putting protective serving on a hunting bow string.  DUH!!!

we just called it "back serving".  nice and clean.  Rizzoto Finish?  a person named Rizzoto "invented" it?  coined the term?

I could always tie a FG knot well.  finishing it with the triple overhand knots wasn't clean enough for me.  if someone said, "hey DarthB, just back serve it".  but no...hahah..

I immediately went into my garage and re-did my leader.  this time?  I tight narrow FG knot!!  lets go.

I used to use the Rizzuto finish tying jigs I never had a clue as to the origin.  It seems Italian to me like some kind of pasta.
