I have the same problem.  Have several reels that haven't been out of their boxes yet because I got them on sale at over 50% off.

The Bait Monkey will definitely be a good friend of yours.  :teeth:

The Bait Monkey lives in my wallet.

  • If I ever have a reel without a rod, I get a rod for it. If I ever have a rod without a reel, I get a reel for it. So I’m always 1:1

  • I have 64 rods and 34 reels.

Divorce an option?  Or don't you like cooking your own meals and cleaning the toilet?

Great responses people!   Some of you all should meet up and trade stuff.  Haha.

I definitely own more rods - more than I usually carry with me. I pair them with reels with the appropriate line (and speed when I have the choice). It works out very well for me
