Hope y’all are okay up there. I just saw that you had numerous tornadoes across your beautiful state yesterday and last night.

Yeah, I talked to a guy and he said there was four in the southwest area.

Skipped me completely, pal. Though the rain we've gotten has raised Minnetonka a good foot or more...and that's with the dam at Gray's Bay wide open and feeding Minnehaha Creek all it can handle.

June has been an interesting month of weather here.  Historically, its when we get the most rain and storms of any month, and that has held true.

 

I've received nearly 6 inches of rain the past 5 days.  Luckily, no hail, wind damage, or tornadoes.  Others were not so lucky.  Quite a few people not far from me lost power too.

 

We did kind of need a "wet" month of rain though.  The lack of snow we're getting each winter is creating a deficit of moisture going into spring, so this helps alleviate any drought, for now.
