Looking for some help here. Anyone know of a brand that makes a matte curly tail worm in the 10"+ range? Specifically looking for black, but wouldn't mind having others. 

I don’t have any recall of a big worm that come matte out of the package, but if you rub it between your hands it usually takes the gloss off. 

Some 220 grit mini sheets in the boat would be all you need + 20 seconds to make a worm mostly matte.

 

Berkeley power worm isn't quite matte but it's VERY close.

These are my go to but yea they do have a bit of shine still.

I love the power worms, they have that awesome stank!

Both good suggestions. I don't have a go-to confidence big worm so figured I'd try to find one that has the finish I like fresh out of the package without any work. 

 

Sounds like I ought to give the power worms a shot with everyone recommending.
