Want to consistently catch bass in ANY season? You need jigs in your arsenal—and not just one kind. This video lays out EVERY jig tactic you need to cover water, pick apart structure, and hammer bass in both shallow and deep conditions.

Nice video Glenn. Curious what your typical distance is from your target when flippin heavier cover?

For years, I was too far away thinking I’d spook the fish. But then my angle to pull bass out of cover was too steep and I’d pull more weeds than bass back, and end up losing many.

As long as I’m quiet with all electronics off, I find myself within 5-10 feet of my targets now, where years ago it was twice that.

I don't have a set distance.  It really depends on the cover thickness, water clarity, and the aggressiveness of the bass (or if they're skittish). 10 feet is a good starting point, then adjust from there.
