I've been to the 9/11 memorial in NYC and the Pearl Harbor memorial in O'Ahu.  Both were life-changing.  Visiting ground zero, seeing the artifacts, and watching the videos is an unforgettable experience.  I recommend that everyone do that.

@Glenn, My youngest son has been to the 9/11 memorial too. He said the same thing, life changing.

I also have been to both hallowed grounds and they are something that you just don’t get over or forget.
