I'm skeptical.  But, I also know if I hear the bluegills popping that's a good sign.  What do y'all think?  Snake oil or new technology?

    More placebo than anything. Would look good on my shelf between the Color C Lector and the Hydrowave, with the Ph Guide and the EBS crankbaits framing it.
