Good spots for bass KC area ? Looking to get my girlfriend onto her first good one

Featured Replies

Looking for good bass spots within a reasonable drive of Kansas City area 45-Hr tops, I fish a lot at random neigborhood ponds in olathe area and have okay luck and have tried a few parks , such as stoll park lake, ironwoods park and a few others and have had spotty luck only catching a few small ones with a few good hook ups. If any one could let me know of any honey holes to hit this fall that would be great. Any help is appreciated!

Shawnee Mission Park is your best close option for a big fish. Springhill City Lake use to have big ones but I don’t know if it still does since they increased accessibility to it.
