My buddy has a Crazy Shad, it has no spinners and it has a weight at the rear hook. It appears that the name Crazy Shad has been used for several similar lures, with the latest versions having spinners fore and aft.

 

A picture I found on the interent. My buddy's lure is like this.

Anyone know anything about it?
