Is this crankbait color rare?

Featured Replies

I was fishing not too long ago at a local lake with my buddy, and we were fishing a dock when I spotted a small cardboard box filled with $200+ of crankbaits and a few other things. My buddy and I split them up evenly between ourselves. When I got home I did some research to figure out what model every crankbait was. A few of them were in either store exclusive colors or discontinued colors, but this one was different… it was a Duo Realis 55 Crank (not 100% on the model because it’s not printed on the bait) and it was in their “neo pearl” color but it had some other things on it that made me go deeper into research. The crankbait was in mint condition with a base color of “neo pearl,” with a muted chartreuse belly that was faded perfectly into the main color and the eyes had a smoke shading under them that also faded into the white seamlessly. The whole crankbait is just barely translucent so you can only see a tiny bit into the body of the crankbait.

If you know anything about this color scheme I’d love to hear from you so I can figure out whether I got a collectors item or whether I got a regular old color.

Did I misunderstand or did you steal $200 worth of crankbaits off a man's dock?

Pretty common Duo color. Don’t be planning your retirement yet.
