I don't have a picture unfortunately... It's a lure I believe from the 1990's -2000's that had a metal body and a curly tail off the back. Cast out and let it sink - and it does a wide wiggle back and forth as it sinks. I think it had the word "tail" in its name Tailwalker, BladeTail, or something like that. Anyone remember?

Maybe not a huge help but there are a ton of redfish lure like that that work on bass.

Some company used to make a metal head like that and you would add a worm to the back. It had crazy action, but I don't recall the name, something like "wiggle head worm".

Is this it, the Wobblehead lure? They still make em. Back in the day I bought some of these at the old Bass Pro in Memphis. These do create a crazy action with a trick worm. Not the sharpest hooks tho. Still got a few in my stash somewhere.

Also maybe no help but.... except for the bend it reminds me of a Johnson Silver Minnow and how people rig / fish it.
